(not worn out or damaged beyond repair) If the item fits your personal style, in good shape and is comfortable, hang it back in your closet. For the “maybe” items, do they just need repairs or alterations to make them a “yes”? If “yes”, sort these into an alterations/repair section. Also, determine if you can style these items into 3 separate outfits based on your personal style. This will determine the item’s versatility. If you are able to do this, then hang them back in your closet. If not, it’s time to let them go. For the “no” items, determine if the items can be re-purposed. Listen to Your Body: Thirst is a good indicator; drink when you’re thirsty. Urine Color: Light yellow urine typically indicates good hydration. Special Considerations Active Individuals: If you’re exercising or sweating heavily, increase your intake to compensate for fluid loss. Drinking an additional 1.5 to 2.5 cups of water for every hour of exercise is a good guideline. Hot Weather: In warmer conditions, increase your fluid intake to stay hydrated.
