How to create a calming morning routine

  1. Natural light exposure.

If possible and your location allows, step outside in the early morning and watch the sun rise (or before the UV rays are strong). This helps set your circadian rhythm which supports your immune system, supports cognitive function and regulates your sleep and wake patterns.
